FMC has eliminated the high cost commercial truck chassis and drive train, by designing a simple, efficient single-engine system. Outstanding features include: Swing-out power module, dependable Optimax heater system, easy-to-operate cab mounted controls, forward mounted driver’s cab. The Tempest drives and operates like a truck-mounted deicer, but has better turning radius, enchanced operator visibility and heavy steel construction, ideally suited to handle the rugged airport operating environment.
